Standard registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to high demand and the limited number of places, registration can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment.

How to register

Special registration

APFSSH offers a special registration fee for members of national hand societies in limited numbers. The national hand society can select and recommend these participants to Secretariat.

If you are interested please apply at your national hand society now. Nomination deadline is 28 April, 2024

The Secretariat will contact all selected candidates after the nomination deadline to provide further information on the registration process. To register at the special fee supported by APFSSH, please use the registration key provided by the Secretariat.

Online payment

Online payment is available with VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards only. Upon finishing your registration you will be redirected to the secured online payment site of Stripe

Invoicing

Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be sent in written form to Asszisztencia Kft.

Cancellation of registration: In case of a cancellation no refund is possible however substitution in person is always acceptable. In case the event needs to be postponed due to the pandemic situation, the registration fees already paid will be valid for the new dates of the event. If the news dates are not suitable, 100% repayment will be offered.

No show up cases

The organizers take efforts to run a successfull conference. Based on the list of registrants and order status conference services will be provided in sufficient numbers. Please take into consideration that after deadlines some conference materials and meals or hotel rooms cannot be cancelled or resold and therefore no refund is available.
